No fitness required - this course will enable Conductors, Musical Directors and musicians to gain & maintain quality mobility, centre-ing and a shared load fluidity.
Andrea Gaze - Founder of APT
Andrea trained in classical ballet, dancing in London Festival Ballet at just 17, on stage with the likes of Nureyev. Stage Manager nationally for Opera and Music Theatre including the original Australian production of Phantom of the Opera. Proud Mum, Administrator/Director of the Stacey Trust for 22 years, Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor, Australian BODYART Master Trainer & Ambassador.
2024 - Andrea has been collaborating with Canadian Conductor, Geneviève Leclair to create a program specifically curated for Conductors mobility maintenance & career longevity. Launching in June - ‘MD Mobility Magic’ will be presented at the League of American Orchestras 79th Conference in Houston this year.
In Sept & Oct, Andrea will venture into overseas wellness retreats - bringing movement that heals, BODYART & Mobility Matters to The Ultimate Girls Week Away in Bali & the first Most Important Patient Retreat in Savannah in the US.
